The real estate market in Mississauga didn’t see much of a slowdown during the month of July, with 1,035 sales recorded through the Mississauga Real Estate Board’s MLS system – the highest it has been for the past five years. That figure is an increase of 5 percent compared to sales recorded in July 2013.
The average price of homes sold in July 2014 was $513,353, up six per cent from July 2013. New residential listings numbered 1,769 units in July 2014, up 4 per cent from last July.
The total value of all residential sales in July was $531.3 million. This was up 12 per cent from July 2013.
